據(jù)路透社報道，中國政府提出在2020年，實現(xiàn)就業(yè)規(guī)模穩(wěn)步擴大，城鎮(zhèn)新增就業(yè)共計5,000萬人以上。此外，中國政府將使全國城鎮(zhèn)登記失業(yè)率控制在5%以內。到目前為止，中國政府已宣布2016年已創(chuàng)造1,300萬個新的城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)機會，達到預定目標1,000萬個。中國一方面通過支持諸如與共享經(jīng)濟相關的業(yè)務、能夠創(chuàng)造就業(yè)崗位和促進創(chuàng)業(yè)的機構來促進就業(yè)，另一方面則是支持諸如信息技術、高端裝備、新材料、生物技術和新能源汽車等新興行業(yè)的發(fā)展來促進就業(yè)。此外，中國政府還將支持小企業(yè)、勞動密集型制造業(yè)和服務業(yè)的發(fā)展，推行稅收優(yōu)惠和諸如差別化準備金這樣的財政政策來促進就業(yè)。

So far, the government has stated that 13 million new urban jobs were created in 2016, beating its target of 10 million. China is aiming to support sectors that create jobs and promote entrepreneurship such as businesses related to the sharing economy, and back new industries such as information technology, high-end equipment, new materials, biotech and new energy vehicles. They will also support small businesses, labor-intensive manufacturing industries and services, using tax incentives and financial policy tools such as differentiated reserve requirement.
